A FUNNY THING HAPPENED TO THE WAY TO THE FORUM
In ancient Rome, some neighbors live in three adjacent houses. In the center is the house of Senex, who lives there with wife Domina, son Hero, and several slaves, including head slave Hysterium and the musical's main character Pseudolus. A slave belonging to Hero, Pseudolus wishes to buy, win, or steal his freedom. One of the neighboring houses is owned by Marcus Lycus, who is buyer and seller of beautiful women; the other belongs to the ancient Erronius, who is abroad searching for his long-lost children( stolen in infancy by pirates).
I think the show is good. The actors are good at expressing every character's personality. For example, the character Pseudolus is smart and brave. He tried to do anything for his freedom because he was a slave. Marcus Lycus, who is a buyer and seller of beautiful women, is greedy. On the other hand, if they used the stage lighting timely, the show should be better. I saw several times, when a player moved, the stage lighting was not opened. So, I couldn't see the player's face.
